At Gray Cat Manor Designs, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. We want you to love your purchase — if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Because our jewelry is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized pieces.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at graycatmanordesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
